Conrad Manila’s China Blue by Jereme Leung earns a Michelin distinction


SM Hotels & Conventions Corporation (SMHCC)-owned luxury hotel property, Conrad Manila is proud to announce that its signature restaurant, China Blue by Jereme Leung has been included in the first-ever MICHELIN Guide Philippines, cementing its position as one of the nation’s most outstanding dining experiences. 

This prestigious accolade from MICHELIN, considered the global benchmark in culinary excellence, marks a defining moment not only for the restaurant, but also for the Philippines’ growing stature on the world’s gastronomic map. Curated by renowned celebrity Master Chef Jereme Leung and helmed by a team of talented local chefs, China Blue blends contemporary flair with centuries-old Chinese culinary traditions, resulting in an experience that is both refined and soulfully expressive.

Launched in 2025, the MICHELIN Guide Philippines highlights restaurants that reflect excellence, innovation, and consistency. Evaluated anonymously by MICHELIN inspectors, each inclusion undergoes a rigorous assessment of quality, technique, personality of the cuisine, value for money, and consistency across visits.  

Among only a handful of restaurants featured, China Blue by Jereme Leung stands out for its imaginative reinterpretations of Chinese classics and elegant presentations. Signature dishes such as the Red Lantern soft-shell crab, Peking duck with handmade pancakes, and Chef Leung’s modern dim sum offerings have made the restaurant a favorite for celebratory dining and elevated gatherings.

PAFI’s ASTIG Program Empowers Communities Affected by Mindoro Oil Spill

Pioneer Adhesives Foundation Inc. (PAFI) has recently taken a significant step towards uplifting the lives of communities through the pilot launch of the Angat Sining Tibay at Galing (ASTIG) program in communities affected by the oil spill incident in Oriental Mindoro.
