With Toujours Travel and Tours, no one is left behind

Founded on the belief that travel should be accessible, inclusive, and stress-free for everyone, Toujours Travel and Tours curates special packages for groups or families with member/s facing physical challenges or having restricted mobility.

Toujours Travel and Tours has been operating virtually since 2024, got incorporated on the 17th of February 2025 and became SelCarra Global Corporation – derived from the name of its owners, Abigail Mae Fuentes Selma and Jhona Viscarra.

“We have done our soft opening and since then Toujours has continued to receive and assist clients with all their travel needs," Abigail shared during the grand celebration and official opening of its physical office at Bonifacio Global City on April 29.

Abigail is CEO, President, and Founder of Toujours Travel and Tours, while Jhona is the chief operating officer. Abi is a travel bug herself while Jhona has been Abi's trusted virtual Travel Consultant for the longest time. It was only in 2024 when they finally met that led to the establishment of their joint venture.

“We love traveling for many reasons and we want our loved ones to travel with us, including those having physical challenges, limited mobility, and for other health issues. So we decided that with Toujours (meaning “always” in French), no one is left behind. Lahat kasama sa saya at sa byahe,” Abi said.

With over 20 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Executive, Abi has traveled extensively around the world conducting Quality and Supplier Audits. These global experiences not only honed her eye for detail and commitment to excellence but also ignited a lifelong passion for travel. Inspired by the cultures she encountered and the importance of seamless, accessible journeys, Abigail envisioned creating a travel company that prioritized quality, inclusivity, and client satisfaction.

Her journey became even more personal after undergoing open-heart surgery, which made traveling more challenging. Experiencing firsthand the difficulties travelers with special requirements face, along with witnessing her own mother’s and mother-in-law’s struggles with limited mobility, strengthened Abi’s resolve to open her own travel agency.

"Traveling with babies and young children, with elderly individuals, those who are ill, or people with special needs requires careful planning and consideration. We partner with suppliers and other players in the industry to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable journey for everyone,” she said.

A visionary leader, Abigail has played a pivotal role in building Quality Systems for various startups, many of which have been successfully acquired by multiple Fortune 100 companies. Her expertise in regulatory compliance, operational excellence, strategic business development, and ISO Quality Standards focused on customer service and continuous improvements have been instrumental in ensuring the success and reliability of every organization she has led.

It is the same dedication to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction that has been the foundation of Toujours Travel and Tours, setting it apart to pose as a trusted leader in the inclusive and ability-focused travel service industry.

Under her direction, the company will continue to expand its reach, with plans to open a satellite office in Cebu City by the end of year and another one in California by the beginning of 2026. Toujours will be offering clients seamless and stress-free travel experiences worldwide. Abigail’s dedication to innovation and client-focused services makes her an inspiring entrepreneur in the travel sector.
