Relieve stress with therapeutic massages and more at Nuat Thai Hillcrest

Have you ever wonder why the country’s artists and performers we see daily on the boob tube look good all the time despite challenging roles and schedules?
Oh well, primarily because  they know how to take care of themselves – they really find time and they have the money, of course – to make beauty and wellness part of their daily life. After all, it’s their work to entertain and along with it is to look good at all times.
As for ordinary citizens like me, worry no more because beauty and relaxing regimen with the help of natural stress reliever such as the therapeutic massages and aromatic treatments now abound in the metro. Most important, they don’t cost much and definitely won’t leave holes in your pocket.

Nuat Thjais Hillcrest receprion area

The NUAT THAI Foot and Body Massage could be the “cheapest” but quality spa service there is providing purely authentic Thai massage and Thai aroma therapy. The good news is the newest branch and franchise has just opened its Hillcrest-E. Rodriguez Sr. branch in Quezon City. Strategically located at the 2nd floor of Rhodium Square Bldg., the new branch provides relaxation and easing stress to the 20th Century modern workers and families.
According to Spa Manager Jenefer Pagas, her bosses David Chan, Michael and Benjie Lee Lao, sees to it that their franchise would be able to provide Authentic Thai Massage service to cater to people of all walks of life to relieve them of stress and live a healthful life in this side of Quezon City. She said this is the second franchise of the three entrepreneur-partners. Like their Cainta branch, they intend to address the needs of the metro people in this field of relaxation in order to help them cope up with the daily challenging environment.
Nuat Thai is famous for its dry massage which applies acupressure to the body, relieving muscle aches and pains, improving blood circulation and relieving stress.

Chinese Aromatherapy Bed

But there is more at Nuat Thai Hillcrest. It’s the only branch which offers the Chinese Aromatherapy Therapy Bed. The idea is to “soften” tired muscles by having the client lie down and relax for about 20-30 minutes under the controlled heat and aroma of the bed. The Swedish massage that follows complete the relaxing experience of the weary client. I have tried it myself, together with my husband, and it’s really a new invigorating experience.

Aside from this, and the usual services of Nuat Thai, the Hillcrest branch also offers fish spa, foot massage with nail care (manicure/pedicure), and Kids Spa.

Nuat Thais Hillcrest therapists

NUAT THAI Foot and Body Massage originated from Cebu City and started
operation on January 2005. With spa clinics sprouting all over the country, Nuat Thai continues to grow and branch out because of the quality of its services that has been kept through the years. This is so because Nuat Thai continually develops its expertise through constant training in Thailand while local therapists train in Cebu prior to opening of franchises. In fact, some therapists are ‘imported’ from Cebu. So don’t be surprised if they have thick Visayan accent when you drop by at Hillcrest branch. But you really don’t have to worry because they are very polite and hospitable. And they understand Tagalog and English that you can actually ask them your concerns regarding your treatment.

“So those on the lookout for other services or complete package which
they cannot find in other spa centers come and visit us and become our
loyal clients,” Pagas said.

The giant aquarium at the reception area, the sweet scent, clean and uncluttered interiors, dim light and piped-in soft music are enough to soothe one’s tired body at Hillcrest. With these and more, Paguas hopes to make Nuat Thai the sought-after place in this side of QC.
“Like all other Nuat Thai branches, I don’t short change. I give what’s due to the customers and more,” Pagas said.

The young manager who is in her early 20’s said she can even customized services that clients may want at affordable price and with freebies. For inquiries, call 959-6449, mobile: 0917-6272778 and  0943-6047127.

Building a robust national ICT infrastructure

The opportunities from digital innovations were accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic as limitations on mobility prompted citizens to accelerate migration to digital spaces. In the Philippines, these changes are evident in the growth of digital payment systems, online meeting platforms, electronic health services, online retail, direct delivery services, and many others. However, with increasing connectivity comes increasing cyber threats. That’s why efficient solutions and infrastructure are essential in combating cyber threats and ensuring business survival. Individually, Filipinos are susceptible to data breaches and privacy violations online. On a societal level, cyberattacks by state or non-state actors on critical infrastructure can undermine national security and impact economic activity. While cyber threats originate online, their consequences can manifest beyond the digital space into our physical lives. These kinds of attacks also have direct economic costs. In fact, f
