PMPC’s grand vacation at Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte

Hannah’s Beach Resort & Convention Center is definitely one of the most exciting vacation destinations in Northern Luzon and in the Philippines.
Situated right in front of the famous Blue Lagoon (Maira-ira Beach) at Brgy. Balaoi, Malingay, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, Hannah’s offers both exclusivity and luxury in an overwhelming friendly environment. The Blue Lagoon, with its captivating crystal clear waters and white sand beach, is comparable to Boracay which it was once – pristine and untouched.
Hindi lang kinaya ng powers namin pero marami pang pwedeng gawin dito tulad ng snorkeling, mountain trekking, monkey watching,  boating and cruising around the famous Patapat Bridge, watching the breath-taking golden sunset or just plain lazy strolling around.
Inspired by a prior visit to Pagudpud, retired Col. Ricardo Nolasco of the Air Force, the owner of Hannah's Beach Resort fell in love with it and decided to build a private vacation house. Seeing the need for a resort in the area, he eventually developed the property and opened it to the public.
Hannah's Beach Resort is complete with a fully furnished air conditioned rooms and cottages, picnic huts, a restaurant and a multi-purpose hall, swimming pool, a view deck, a gigantic banga, theme park and Disney characters  among others.
Napakaganda ng  umaga paglabas namin sa aming villas dahil nasa   top of the mountain  kami overlooking China Sea.
May Pinoy Henyo, Let’s go to the beach,  Singing Contest, Swimming Contest, Sisiran ng money, Beer Drinking (for the boys) at softdrinks (for the girls), Sack Race, Straw race at Volleyball. It’s fun talaga sa PMPC.
Nolasco at  Sen. Cynthia Villar, NPC former President/  Jerry Yap, TV Production head in charge of ‘Valiente’, Rams David, talent manager Lito de Guzman, Karen Martinez at Zonnie Espiritu.

Building a robust national ICT infrastructure

The opportunities from digital innovations were accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic as limitations on mobility prompted citizens to accelerate migration to digital spaces. In the Philippines, these changes are evident in the growth of digital payment systems, online meeting platforms, electronic health services, online retail, direct delivery services, and many others. However, with increasing connectivity comes increasing cyber threats. That’s why efficient solutions and infrastructure are essential in combating cyber threats and ensuring business survival. Individually, Filipinos are susceptible to data breaches and privacy violations online. On a societal level, cyberattacks by state or non-state actors on critical infrastructure can undermine national security and impact economic activity. While cyber threats originate online, their consequences can manifest beyond the digital space into our physical lives. These kinds of attacks also have direct economic costs. In fact, f
