UP Women’s Varsity Softball Team Receives equipment sponsorship from Marigold Manufacturing Corp & Kosmas Atheltic Ventures Corp. The team expresses its sincere gratitude to Ms. Sophia Lapus, Marketing Manager of Mama Sita’s and Isabel Lapus CEO of Kosmas Athletic Ventures for  the donation of two (2) KRYO Louisville Slugger composite softball bats, at a formal turn over held  at the UP Diliman CHK Baseball Field. Mr. Lapus together with his daughters Isabel and Sophia Lapus, personally handed over the new equipment to the team. The donation comes at a crucial time as the UP Softball Team intensifies its preparations for the UAAP Season 88 Softball Competition, scheduled to begin in early February 2026. According to Assoc. Prof. Francis “Coach Kiko” B. Diaz, the bats will play an important role in enhancing the team’s training and overall performance as they head into the new season.
